This Privacy Policy explains how Fast Jet (“Fast Jet”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles your personal data in connection with the Fast Jet mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”).

Fast Jet is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at info@fastjet.vip.

We act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. The app does not collect your data

The Fast Jet app itself does not collect, store or transmit your personal data to our servers. The app does not require an account and does not track you.

When you choose to request a flight, you are put in contact with our team through WhatsApp or email. Any information you then share (such as your name and trip details) is provided by you directly through those channels — not collected automatically by the app.

The app does not collect your location, does not use your data for advertising, and does not sell any personal data.

2. Information you share with us directly

If you contact us to request a flight (via WhatsApp or email), you may choose to share:

Your name and contact details
Trip details: departure and destination, dates, number of passengers, aircraft preference and any special requests

We use this information solely to respond to your request and to arrange your flight.

4. Sharing information

We share the information you provide only where necessary to arrange your flight:

Aircraft operators and charter partners — to source and arrange your requested flight
Service providers — communication and IT providers acting on our instructions as processors
Authorities — where we are legally required to do so

All partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep information

We keep the information you share for as long as needed to arrange your flight and to meet our legal, tax and administrative obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Have inaccurate data corrected
Have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”)
Restrict or object to processing
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@fastjet.vip. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website, with the “Last updated” date shown above.
